职责描述： MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责  Lead plant project quality to meet requirements of ZF Policy and strategy.  Build and manage AP project quality team including head account planning, team member development, target setting and performance review.  Develop a high-performance team through motivating team members, developing goals and objectives  AP regional Project quality leader, lead and organize regular project quality QIP review to drive on project quality continuous improvement  Drive new product advanced quality planning activities, develop quality roadmap implementation
